At Ivy Shop, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
